β β β β β Found they couldn't make what I wanted off menu so order something else think it's called meat on chips it was a total let down the meat was bland no flavour to compensate for bland meat they drowned it in bbq sauce .I will not go back

Really unpleseant man who did not understand the orders.
Wanted a burger with fries with mayo and tomato sauce.
Fries came without sauce, he put them on the burger and charged me 1$ for the sauces on the fries when i asked for them. Fries also had Far too much salt.
Tried to rip my girlfriend off as well.
Sign says all meals come with two free sauces.
He tried to sell her wedges for 6$ and wanted to charge extra 50ct for each sauce.

β β β β β Burnt meat, cold, salad want fresh. Was a horrible experience. I had to wait about 20 minutes for a kebab. The whole shop smelt like damp tea towels and look disgusting. Would be surprised if I got food posising.

β β β β β Customer service very poor almost like he couldn't be bothered serving me. After getting half way through over priced meal I found a hair which he tried to say it was just sauce and then took the hair out of my meal with his fingers (no gloves) and added more meat to the meal. I asked for a refund but he said no. I will never go back here.. one time is enough for me.

β β β β β Awful burgers... we had a vegetarian and an egg beef burger (xxl burger) the vegetarian patty tasted not fresh anymore. Both burgers were cold and he putted carrots, coleslaw and stray-cheese on it?! I hope it's not every time so bad. He was also a little bit sick and unfriendly. I'm sry.
