★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a brilliant spot, loved my time at this organic vineyard and the story behind their production is really interesting. Fabulous food! And the wine tasting... divine. My favourite was the syrah ? Already looking forward to planning my next visit back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the last vineyard we visited on a wine tour. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this vineyard to anyone.
The one star is warded for the scenery.
The owner initially came across as friendly and then it was obvious that he did not really want us there for a tasting.
where do we start with all the things that were wrong.... well here goes
1. Using the same glasses for each new wine so that you had some of the last wine left per tasting in each glass
2.The owner did not want us to taste his wines. We had to ask to try as he only wanted to give some of the wines to some of the group. When asked if we could try the wine that the other were trying his response was argued with us what wines we liked. He had asked us which types of wines we preferred but that doesn't mean we only liked one type. Obviously in his world that is exactly what that means!
3. It was suppose to be a wine and food paring. Smoked Kawawai that had seem better days (probably 2weeks ago) was not a good paring. Never knew that would go with every wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing house with all the facilities. Must stay here if you are in Waiheke. The lock of one of the doors on the first floor isn't working which needs to be fixed ASAP. Apar from that it is a must visit and must recommended place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stay, great wine. Great wine tasting experience, can really get a sense of the wine making passion. Accommodation is great, super handy to Kennedy Point ferry terminal and bus services.
