My and Anh are highly qualified sisters who share a passion for creativity, technical skill, and the business of beauty.
My is a master trainer and a qualified beautician. She loves everything about salon life. Anh is the queen of lash art, with an accounting background. She stepped from book-keeper to beautician and now shines in the salon alongside her sister. My and Anh travel the world when they can to learn and update their skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in a nail salon, amazing service! I love my nails, exactly what I was after. Lovely polite staff, always checking in with customer that they are happy with the service thus far.
Definitely recommend and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depends who you get. Some are good and some aren't. I've left happy and I've left extremely disappointed. No consistency, my last visit just for gel nails I had three different technicians in one sitting. They started to removed gel polish with foils, started one finger, switched to another tech who removed the one foil and went mechanical, did the shaping, then another tech for cuticles and paint. Paint job was lousy. Three breakages in two days. My daughter who went along with me had SNS, the last two times she had hers done she had cracks/breakage within one day. Won't go back after this last service, just not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was immediately sat at a table. Myself and 4 girls (3yo,6yo,11yo,12yo). I asked for all the girls to get gel. I myself got dipping powder on acrylics. This is the third place and 5th time i have had people (2 people in this shop) ignore the requested nail shape ? and my natural nails weren't properly filed, they looked like broken serrated knives making it harder to clean underneath.
We were continuously rotated through staff, having to repeat ourselves. I personally didn't expect a huge payment, but I did pay. Also grabbed a face mask set thing from the counter, today I went to use it and realized the 1st step and 4th step are missing.
Won't be going back. If anyone can see this and can recommend a better place where the staff listen for the price they're charging, please let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ~Edit to add I went back a month after this review and things were better. They seem to have made an effort, and everyone was lovely. We didn't get left for half an hour, and everyone was lovely and in joking moods. If this is the new normal, I love it! Also my nail tech was amazing, and very talents. They did some cool frogs on my fingers, so thank you Alex! You're awesome~
Bad customer service, and we were left waiting for up to 30 minutes at a time, multiple times while we were there. They admittedly do do manicures well, but my pedicure was a bad job, looking like it had been a few days of growth, right after it was done.
Their prices are too high for the quality of their services, and you will be there for hours as they come and go in the middle of doing your nails.
Most of the workers are kind, but there is one lady who looks and sounds like she hates everyone who walks through that door, and is only trying to get as much money out of clients as possible. She may be the boss, as everyone went to her with questions about prices etc.
Would much rather go to 4 Seasons, as they're lovely, fast, cheaper, and better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I came in for a deluxe pedicure before her wedding. My daughters, the bride to be, thankfully were fine. Mine not so great. The lady was nice enough. I had black gel applied. I was advised I could pop my shoes straight on, which I did snd have done so without an issue many times. After a day out and about I took my shoes off and both big toe nails were gouged! I then took a closer look at my other toes and noticed the polish wasn’t even near the cuticles on other nails! This cost me $69, their list stated $67, somehow I ended up paying more! I could have done a better job myself! Thankfully I had nail polish to fix up the gouges and try to make my toes look acceptable! I did email this place the night of, that was Wednesday, it’s now Monday. As a business owner in service, I know the importance of contacting clients if there’s an issue to make right. Needless to say I won’t be using this service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my nails here for my Wedding , I have ombre pink and white with some jewels on top - had them done over a month ago. The only reason I got them redone was because my nails had grown out! Would highly recommend, long lasting beautiful nails and lovely people working there too
