★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst experience ever from this place i wish if i could give zero star rating …i went with my husband we ordered chicken tenders salad ,wrap and fries food came out really really bad usually whenever we go there its not good always but still we go bcoz we love eating peri peri chicken …But this time we had worst experience ever in my life that why i came to post here
Firstly staff is always really unwelcoming ,not even dressed properly , not wearing masks staff looks like dam sleepy as if they are come straight from bed
Secondly table are never clean ,this time we ordered food came out chewy salad was bruised wrap was not properly wraped i ended up returning it back and asked for another one then they got all my food one after other with the gap of 4-5 min in each meal ..i got my salad back when our whole meals was finished…i asked for refund for my salad soo the the lady working there name NEESH
doesn’t even know how to refund soo she took my number to give me call back to process my refund ..which she called me took my bank details…But, i never got my refund back and its been 2 weeks now
Never gona go back there…they are really letting nandos brand got down … I would recommend if someone really craving of nandos chicken just go to any other nandos in Wellington but not nandos Queensgate mall…?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No veges patties so, after a 10 minute queue, had to go somewhere else. Only 1 menu on display, so had to wait till getting to the front of the queue before ordering (would be good to gave a large display board). Female assistant wasn't bothered that I just queued and had to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience today at Nandos Queensgate from front of house to servers and management . Server was polite fast and efficient and even the manager served us which is so rare nowadays but he took time to be on restaurant floor! Would recommend the paella full of flavour!! Exceptional service thank you! PS: where can i buy your i love nandos sweater merch?

Just to try Something but the behaviour of the girl who was serving was very rude, she was very unprofessional she never use the word Like excuse me mam or sir something. I work in hospitality too , If you are working in front of house you should know how to handle a customer, no doubt you guys was busy but still you have to be a good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. Wonderful staff and food. My fave are the wings and tenders. We had a great time and were treated extremely well. Highly recommend. We missed not having wings on the menu. We a family of 4 we prefer to get the sharing plates and we so glad it was on the menu again. The food was so tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed the Nandos experience!!!
