★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was after Keto and this place was highly recommended to me from friends! Outstanding Food and service! I’ve been back a few times and the quality of food is always fresh and delicious and never gets boring . If your wanting keto this is your go to place in Auckland .I found the staff always friendly. The place is very clean and well presented. The only downside is I have to drive a long way away ,but we’ll worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innovative and delicious food. This is the only place that does bullet proof coffee. The lasagna tastes just like a cheese burger?... The staff are friendly and the space is spotless. It's far away for me but will be back again when I am in the area. Really worthwhile and healthy for Keto diet lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a find. I had the lemon and white chocolate muffin, caramel slice, beef sandwich and Quiche (not all at one meal!) and it was great. Service was also fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back when in town.
