Yes I understand short staffed that is no excuse for the young male taking the orders to be rude. We got to the window which was open so my son said hello to be polite, the guy shut the window and walked off. Could have said he will be right back.
Next thing he needs to repeat the order to the customer to make sure he has the right order.
Teach him to say hi at the window even if he has had a long day or keep him away from customers.
Came to the order and the young lady was friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We orded our food online and for delivery. It was an hour late from the estimated time but I understand this because it's Sunday night and everyone is probably ordering.
I received a call from the driver to say they were going to be another 10mins but when I checked the order they had completed the order as delivered. That seemed dodge.
Then we got our food all good with a smile. The food was cold and the chips were that yucky microwave texture. Did we eat it? of course we did because when you pay more than what you would if you were in store of course. Not going to waste money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time they run out of burgers and wings, almost every time they be out of staff and wait be not less than 30 mins. Simple suggestion they definitely need to close the store for some period so the store manager can have time for resolve the issues. I'm typing this review at 10:28 pm while I have work at 6 in morning thought I'll get quick food came before 10 and didnt get the food too. Shots to the manager for wasting my time don't get upset cheers please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ordering from Manurewa kfc again! Ordered the classic bucket with 8 wicked wings and to be honest I don’t think the wicked wings were cooked fully, started vomiting felt nauseous and had to make trips to the toilet! I thought maybe if I go sleep wake up in the morning ill be completely fine, yeah no I was wrong! I have severe stomach pains still vomiting and still feel nauseous!! I suggest to everyone who sees this review by elsewhere otherwise you’ll end up like me food poisoning ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute shocking service.....Arrived at 7:15, placed our order and waited and waited. My wife was in the store and I was outside.... Over 30 minutes later, we inquired and was told there was a further 20 minute delay as they had run out of chicken. However, they had enough chicken to serve the drive through customers and Uber clients while we and other customers waited. We ended up complaining and demanding our money back. Considering each time we go to KFC, we spend over $90 and this was the second time in as many visits we have had excessive wait times. Add to this the multiple times they have diddled us on our order, I would recommend two points. 1, be prepared to lose the will to live while waiting for your order. 2, check your order as you may get a surprise and discover it is not what you thought you ordered. I will never set foot in this KFC again...... They don't know the meaning of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't crazy busy on our visit minus half a dozen cars in the drive through; but took a while to be served inside at 1030pm! Staff didn't seemed to care about needing or asking for vaccination passes even though it's required. Rudely asked if we were paying cash or card and sent us to order on self service from machine for card payment. Food was fresh and hot though. Ladies have a bit more pleasure for customer service next time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Here tonight. 2 snack meals no drinks or fries. Winked wing lunch meal no drink. Snack burgers were soo cold. And one smelt funky i had to bin it. When I rang the restaurant, multiple times for over 30 minutes - there was no answer. Horrible service. Have emailed them. This restaurant can never get our orders right. Never refund me but puts on store credit which I never claim. Will not being ordering here again. Constant let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is KFC. Drive through is available. Plenty of onsite parking available. Exists at two ends. They do delivery too. Just located at a junction, Z fuel at one end, and McDonald's at the other end. So, either u can dine in, else take away. Having rated on average nearly 3 by all reviews, tells u something..
