Ask take the drink out of my order, you have to have it uou can throw it away..... Annoying service always the same response. Not helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped into this mc donalds as we out in manurewa for sports to grab some hot chocolate.
Firstly there was no communication on the drive through speaker. None at all. No hi welcome to mc donalds . . .go figure. Thinking the speaker was not working we drove through to the window and let the server know the speaker wasn't working, the worker tham replied "its working i was just going to talk to you" ???? Rude to say the least no apology for inconvenience??? We order our hot chocolate, pay for them then get asked to park up while they get them ready. What kind of service is this? Then while we are parked, a car pulls into the park next to us hits our car and then keeps moving??? We are now rattled, then to see its a mc donalds worker,. Telling them to stop driving, the drivers dad then tries to justify her hitting our woth. . .shes on a learners??? Omg!!!! Followed with "we have insuramce". Words were exchanged the driver(mc donalds worker) proceeds to tell us we don't have to be angry with a smirk on her face, let's her dad keep talking and then tries to walk into work like it did nothing. We call her back and ask for details, still no apology or anything. Seriously manurewa mc donalds is a big NO from us!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mcdonalds in auckland hands down. Disgusting and unhygenic floors are gross. Rubbish everywea. Poor management doesnt know how to schedule in a sufficient amount of workers to keep the place running at a suitable pace. You will wait 30mins plus for your food and 75% of the time yr food will be cold. Toilets are shocking and they dont care about customer service. Poor hygiene leads to food poisoning please dont go to this mcds.

I asked for a big Mac hungerbuster, chocolate sundae, frzn coke, 10 pc chicken nuggets and a big Mac itself.
I only got my big Mac combo, drink and big Mac itself. No 10 pc chicken nuggets, no chocolate sundae and didn't even give the right change back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but this is not Fast Food. It is the same McDonalds food delivered at a very slow pace, especially late at night when people just want Fast Food but the store only pays the minimum number of people working like pack horses on pretty low wages. Drive home and cook - that would be faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today at 8am i think, afterwards, an indian female staff passed over the uber drivers coffee at the uber window while everyone is waiting for their uber orders to be delivered (so i think they know each other) shouldn't have happened. very very slooooooooow and bad service.
Customers orders came in like an hour, being served another hour, by the time we deliver customers orders, its almost 3 hrs.
Staff very rude, when they see their uber family members they serve them way before others, i would say the shift started today, from 730 in the morning till 12pm, hello, u need to get good trainings of your customer service. Your ugly attitudes, needs to be taken up to your manager, not whoever is supervising you, your big boss... serve the uber drivers all the same like how you serve customers at the drive thru....
This goes out to all the uber drivers who been there and waited for almost 2 hours, keep knocking on that window if we are being ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went thru drive thru and to order one large fries and the fries we received were not cooked properly and were soaked in oil had to throw them out. I understand it was an overnight order but always make sure your food is cooked. Service was friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing when they continuously get our orders wrong.
When as a family we get Uber McDonald's it cost us more than $100, and very frustrating when you feel they don't even try to get your order right, so far we have not had one delivery that was right, how do you mistake a fillet of fish for a Big Mac, and how do you forget three apple pies and two Sundaes, not good enough McDonald's pick up your act and try a bit harder
