★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast service from the team. Good location but limited parking during peak hours. Like any KFC, drive-through will build up during lunch and diner meal time as well as the weekends. Recommending a try next time you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, after paid and food was ready, the staff just leave us wait at drive though and ignored us, when they have 2 staff around and no communication with each other. When I asked to pass the food, she said just wait over there she is taking order for someone else.
If she doesn't like the job, she can just leave it, not giving the bad attitude to other people.

Always have to stuck in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. Not great when you're soo hungry....
And you can see all delicious chicken inside ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always order the same meal for my kids but was told at the paying window it doesn't come with potato and gravy????? Even made us pay extra? For what? A combo that already comes with it? The same combo I've been ordering for two years. The same combo that's pictured on your menu with POTATO AND GRAVY INCLUDED?? Get it together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 large combos and received 2 x small fries. One was as ultimate zinger tower combo. Was not given the right burger. Also got a bacon aoli burger combo no tomato and received tomato. Was not give straws for our drinks and no spoon for the potato and gravy, also no napkins. Not impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love kfc but they ruined my new year Eve by sending wrong order and not even replied to my complained. I did order at 9pm to be delivered at 10pm on 24 December now you guys ran out its not my problem when it was showing on your website.
Really disappointed.
Just update they have refunded me money. Thanks for that but still you guys need to work on online service.
