★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is good but the staff at both the Birkenhead and Glenfield branches can be very unfriendly and at times rude. Considering the women in question are paid staff I think more customer service training should be considered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a supporter for SA for many years. They do such wonderful work globally. On Tuesday the 17 April I visited the store. Could not believe how rude the staff were. Absolutely obnoxious. I felt like dumping everything I was going to purchase and walk out. Two females at front desk one speaking rudely to another customer as well. I would like to know I picked up something I wanted to purchase along with other things (an item I had been looking out for for a long time) and counter woman snapped and said can't buy it there's no price on it. So I asked if she wouldn't mind taking it out back and get it priced. She said NO it had to be sent back to to central and they will price and send to a branch of their choosing. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
