★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly slow, I almost fell asleep. I have empathy for the staff to be managed by an operator that believes it's okay to have minimal staff. Management needs to be responsible for lack of staff and lack of service. I will do my best to never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually like this KFC, the downfall for me is the hygiene. I understand that when you're on a break you're on a break. But I literally saw one staff on her break and didn't even bother to clean up the tables on her way back. You wouldn't eat at home in filth and I don't expect to eat near filthy tables either, especially during covid times. The managers really have to take that serious! Cheers to the Maori guy who seems to be the only one working.

Just a snack lunch meal, was how it should be- hot and fresh. The burger was put together very well and the chips had plenty of seasoning without having to ask for extra because I forgot to ask.
