Off street parking may be tricky, but it’s so neat to have LOTF in the downtown pedestrian area of Christchurch.
If you’re a night owl, the fact they’re open well past midnight Friday and Saturday is awesome too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken waffle for $14.50 with pickles for extra $ which they forgot to add in. I’m not fussy at all, but I couldn’t eat any more after 2 bites, it was extremely soggy with 0 flavour, the fake chicken was so dry and unflavoured. I’d compare it to soggy cardboard. Felt very sick after it
My friend got a burger and also didn’t like it.
2 stars because it was fast even at a busy time and gave a generous amount of fries, I did have to put my own salt on them at home because they were bland, other than that not bad.
I’d be more understanding and forgiving if the prices were cheap, but personally I think it’s an absolute rip off.

I have eaten every times since opening and had hit and miss service and food, with occasional items not being what I ordered or items missing .
Tonight I ordered through uber eats and our order arrived, missing the large fries we ordered (and got refunded by uber eats) then we opened our burgers, we ordered the poutine premium, and discovered a measly unimpressive mini burger and one solitary fry. See photo attached. It was flat and soggy, and not the premium. I ordered. I then checked my patty and cheese muffin to find it wasn't a beyond meat patty as advertised.
So, final straw for us, we won't be back until they sort their systems out and figure out how to operate a franchise properly

The Sampler Munch Box & Original Big Burger...
The burger was tiny, cold and squashed and looked nothing at all like the photo. It also had no taste.
The chips in the sampler much box were dry had no salt and seemed liked they had been cook more then once.
We are in Chch visiting from out of town and thought we would try a local fast food shop. Will not be ordering from here again. Definitely a

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to eat if you want quick and easy vegan fast food similar to like likes of McDonalds etc. I wouldn’t say there was anything particularly special about the food however. The burger didn’t quite have that gourmet taste I was after. Great that they offer Beyond meat as a premium option for some burgers though. Price was pretty steep.

Ordered a Hash n Patty burger, and it tasted like airplane food they give you for dinner. Odd. Another order was the Chick'N Waffle. This had no discernible taste, and the bacon had no bacon flavour, and there was no maple syrup as advertised.
edit: The chips are really good value for money, and they taste really good. The previous review must have been a fever dream...
The view from the store offers only one angle, and the people outside only walk in one direction. No one in the store is talking to each other, and the city is silent outside. I am convinced this store doesn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on opening day. Was super impressed with the customer service. Got free fries and the burger was amazing.
Even got a second helping of fries, when i pointed this out i got told its ok, was given a hug and a merry Christmas. Cant say thats ever happened to me at a burger place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not often one walks into a store, and is gracefully guided toward an optimal choice based on your preferred taste. The store manager today graced me with this experience, and her extensive knowledge. The fries were hot, and delicious - and the burger (spicy "chicken") tasted delectable. I have great respect and support for what they are doing here in the culinary world and they certainly are welcome in Christchurch with service and food like this. It was nicely priced for what I received. Top marks.
