★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was rubbish I hadn't had kfc in a very long time due to health problems and was really looking forward to it. Purchased the colonels lunch plus $5 for 2 extra pieces of chicken. The chicken batter and chicken was dry and disgusting as if it was yesterday's chicken. Chips edible. Extremely disappointing but on a positive note the staff member was pleasant. Given covid and lock downs being told to support businesses please get your act together. Won't
be rushing back anytime soon that's for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many people in the shop. Food arrived quickly. Appreciated a table with chairs to sit at while waiting. Staff were efficient. Vaccine pass checked. Food was fine.

Super friendly, serving with a smile and offered to take our rubbish. Honestly the best service received at any KFC, generally KFC staff come across depressed but not last night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While there's kind and generous people behind the counter, you've first got to get them whilst they're busy preparing and boxing things up so even asking for ice or an extra spoon could take up to a minute even without a queue to wait behind. Late evening Saturday night was fairly busy and that might also be a cause for why the floors and tables were a bit in need of a clean. As for the place, there's seating inside and the same or more outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't visit kfc very often and never sure what to get. I didn't go through the drive through as its easer face to face. The staff member was very helpful and even got to me with up selling something that I really didn't need. The kfc was ok but I don't think the batter tastes as spicy as it used to hence the 4 stars.

It seems that the higher ups that make the decisions about how much of each product gets delievered to the store on a daily basis are NOT doing their job well. I have no doubt whatsoever that the fact that this store is running out of their latest promotional product BEFORE lunch time every day is not because of poor management on their part. Whoever makes the supply decisions needs to get their act together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $12 for a Zinger stacker burger but got normal chicken substituted. It was the most abysmal offering I have ever seen. A sloppy mess. Sets a new low standard for takeaway food.
