★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a fast food restaurant, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Time management and customer service, bad. For food quality, chips are soggy, chicken nuggets are floppy, sweet and sour jam looks like chemical with bloody inside. One good thing maybe, the coke is GIGANTIC.

Overpriced, microwaved, dry and rancid-smelling burger, soggy, limp chips drowned in a foul "cheese" sauce that looked like a yeast infection gone bad and bacon wafers, onion rings were good for about 3 minutes until they weren't hot anymore and subsequently went totally limp as well. If i wasnt starving after being on the road for all day i would have binned the lot and saved some poor seagulls a grisly death. This kind of food, particularly in between a burger king and a maccas, is probably why Wendy's was empty. Will know better next time.
On the plus side, the service was friendly and the drink is enormous. Guess they know you'll need it to wash the taste away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chips were the best fast food chips in Dunedin, however the portion was small. Order was confused and disappointing for a mere dollar more you can get double at BK and it's right across the street. I think they need to have a number system like the competition, instead of having the employees remembering who ordered what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Wendy's. Have been a patron of the square burger for years. Food was a bit mah to be honest the fries were in point however and the frosty did the trick. Love that they still have the ketchup pump.
