★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the good staff move on to good jobs? Good on them. I have however noticed the level of service has changed recently.
Also on this ocassion I politely asked for a thigh combination if possible, I usually get a sweet as, or a I'll put that request in. Instead lady on the mic sarcastically stated a thigh combinaayyshn, with a grin in her tone. Then I got given a box full of drums an wings and 1 (out of 12) thigh precuriousluly placed at the top of the box. And two boxes of completely unsalted chips. It's not like I was requesting a jabb.

chicken was disgusting tasted like it had been cooked in dish washing liquid sides missing pop corn chicken so rubbery could have been used as a bouncy ball. last time we will spend any money here. Would like to given minus 3 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC is my favorite food but the quality of service depends on who you get. Always check your order before leaving. Asking for extra seasoning on the chips either gets you none, barely any or half a bag of seasoning poured on your chips so they become inedible. No pricing on the website to tell you what items cost, until you check out. Getting expensive for meals and you get less in packs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. The food is great, always cooked nicely. Chips could use more seasoning. Downside; Do not give out plates and cups in drive through, always running out of stock. Do not offer spicy chicken only nibbles but are always running out of those.
