β β β β β Received a very slow service. We waited 15min for our order and observed a young women who had been waiting before us. When we went up to the counter to enquire, two employees rudely replied, I'm on my break while the restaurant was full of customers. We received our meal cold and found after leaving that food was missing.
Very disappointing and would not go there again.

β β β β β The girl serving on the drive through was friendly and polite, maybe a few were off with covid because the wait time in drive through was FAR to long. Burger and chips were fine, burger filling was Nice N Fresh

β β β β β Great experience. Fast service, all as per order, hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely be going back on our travels through.
Want back at 9pm last night, wasn't hopeful as they run low on stock at that time but got everything I wanted. Served by a lovely Maori lady who made sure the chips were fresh, the burger was fantastic and the service awesome. Probably the best KFC I've had in years. ??

β β β β β Poor service wouldn't listen. My partner has a reaction to bread, normally they will do a burger wrapped up in lettuce refused to do it. All other KFCs do it. Coke was flat. The counter staff refused to get manager. Poor service all way round
Would advice keep driving and go to the next one

β β β β β Food good but waited a very long time to be served at the counter before the order was taken. Customer behind me asked if they needed to go through the drive through.. Two other customers complained and some customers headed off to pizza adjacent to KFC!!!
Easy fix. Prioritise to ensure someone on the counter to manage customer orders and repair the two self order kiosks.
Finger licking good but service sucks

β β β β β There chips were pretty good and chicken sandwich combo was very tasty and I got right before they closed and food quality was still very good and still hot and was served very fast also very happy with my order and very helpful workers too.I highly recommend the Levin KFC and have only had great service the few times I have eaten there so try it out it's good.Hayden.
