β β β β β Regular customer. Staff turnover seems high. Level of service depends on who serves you and ranges from great (fast and polite) to terrible (rude servers who make you wait unnecessarily then hurry you along asking repeatedly and giving blunt answers). Sometimes they're understaffed, low on certain veggies, out of most bread options and panini's aren't available, other times it's fine.

β β β β β TERRIBLE SERVICE. Good food prep.
Went in for a sub, looked like someone was getting served. That was okay, so I waited for a minute. Server came out from back of shop, no acknowledgement. Not even a look at me. Focused on setting up the chicken pieces and checking temperature. That was okay, good to see proper food preparation. She then put the container in its delegated spot right in front of me. But still no acknowledgement. Walked away and continued to serve other person. By this point I'd been waiting 5 minutes without even a look and felt unwelcome, so decided to leave. 2 stars only because of great food preparation and temperature checks

β β β β β Had no wheat or rye bread, no veggie patties of falafels, so was unable to have a decent vegetarian option. The toast machine was out of order (has been for the last few weeks). Did not ask for my vaccine pass. Staff member eating lunch, and touching turines with no gloves. Even handed my oder to me with food in there other hand. At the end of it, a cold bland sandwich that cost $9.50. What a joke.

β β β β β I went in to order 2 foot long Subs for my children. My boy doesn't like salad and normally just has meat and cheese. I asked the lady behind the counter, who was very nice, whether I could have extra cheese on his order due to the lack of salad. The lady smiled and said that I could and put extra cheese on it. All of a sudden, the Boss/Manager came from the back room and took off the extra cheese and put it back into the container. The server explained the salad situation to her but was just ignored. The lady who was helping me, looked really awkward and embarrassed and I felt shocked. What gets me is the lack of common sense some of these people have, think ahead manager lady. You clearly have no idea about consequences. Though I really don't think all these reviews matter to you because of your arrogance!
