It was worest experience for us.one of the girl named BREA she has a bad attitude towards customer.We came from auckland and disappointed because of that girl.We left the food there after waiting so long because she behaved very rude with us.please have a look towards your team.You really need to work on their service.otherwise people start disliking you. Definitely we will never come again and feel bad for others who come to eat there. Hope for the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gross. Had to add my own mayo to the burger to make it edible. The chicken and potato and gravy were lacking a lot of flavour I just couldn’t eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How disappointing the chicken meal was. We brought a big family bucket. We have it as a treat. Over cooked and burnt, dry and the chips were luke warm. It took half an hour just too wait for our order. Very poor service over all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst kfc in nz. I travel a lot and these are the most hopeless. Always get your order wrong or not open within the times they say. Turn up 20mins before closing and they don’t even answer at the drive though. If you have the option of going to the McDonald’s across the road do it otherwise keep heading north

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed the chips were soft just warm not fresh, no salt the chicken was warm not hot either, it was dry with no salt, and the gravy was yuk awful & tasteless thick flour taste no salt. Worst KFC I have ever had, Step up staff Matamata KFC. Dont ever give or serve your customers that type of food & service.Take pride in what you do Give out your very best. If I ever return or my workers and they tell me they got the same service, I wont hesitate to go higher.
