★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible - waited way to long. Order was wrong. Forgot the snack burger. Finally got it and very little Mayo making it so dry. Managed to finish mine (because I was starving) before my niece (who ordered before me) got hers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch a week ago. I ordered one piece of chicken but they refused, they said that the minimum order is 2 pieces. It's the only branch that refuses as it's my habit to order one piece. Surely over 20 branches in NZ I've visited and it's the only one made be frustrated and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered wicked pack of 3, one of them is the deep fried coating which looks like chicken piece but when you bite, you're eating coating fried together. Terrible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a jumbo bucket meal. After waiting 15 mins they called to say that the meal I ordered was not available and they will change my order which I agreed to. They just cancelled my order after another 20 mins without letting me know while the whole team was waiting for dinner. Such pathetic service. No curtsey to call and apologize. Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a really rude Asian male staff called Andy,a couple of my friends were also treated rudely by him. I encountered him twice. He seems to have some kind mental health issue . He throws tantrums at customers for no apparent reason.He calls you to the counter but then take forever to pack your order while staring at you, give you cold fries and gravy, no spoon, rudely hand you the bag . Sometimes he’d ask you to repeat what you just said again and agian, and whole bunch of passive aggressiveness. Seriously Andy , you got one job and that is to serve customers, this is how you treat them? This is your job not a outlet for your repressed anger to let out on innocent customers. I feel sorry for guys with twisted mind like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 1 star I would, ordered a dinner for two and chose the upsize option then paid the extra money. When collecting the food we were given one large and one small drink.
After asking the manager why we were given 1 small drink she said it was our fault and we needed to pay another $1.80 to get another large drink.
Despite me asking her a number of times what was included in purchasing the large option of the meal she proceeded to say to her co worker that I was not understanding and that I had ordered one large drink and paid the extra for that.
I asked her to come to the kiosk to look at the ordering sequence so she can familiarize herself with the product she was managing sales of but she refused and claimed to be too busy to take a minute to look.
I reached a logger head with this extremely poor service and confirmation from another worker there that this is an ongoing issue with customers prompted me to ask for my money back and they dumped the product or most likely gave it to the next unsuspecting customer all over up sizing one lousy drink that I had already paid for.
I won't be visiting the particular KFC ever again and will most likely not be going to KFC in general for quite some time.
Texas chicken here I come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ funny how terrible the reviews here are ? but yeah this kfc is one of worst forsure. the food is never cooked fresh, it’s always from a previously cooked batch and just tastes horrid. the tables are also always dirty !
