★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think they're always under alot of stress and under staffed because drive thrus take ages. The only decent timing is when you order deliveries. Only had one time when the wicked wings were on point and juicy and not hard and crusty. Needs more staff and more chicken being cooked at one time. Maybe more equipment or something will help? I don't know. But needs a lot more work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I have had in NZ. No flavor and dry. The person taking the order upselled us without telling us and we were charged extra. The only reason for 2 stars is they gave us back the extra money charged.

Terrible service... don't have trainee people on when it's a public holiday and super busy.. talking to a CO worker about gossip was what she was more interested in
