★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was busy..but clean..wasn't asked for vaccine pass and staff didn't notify our order was ready to collect. Plenty of staff to do all of this instead of standing looking into space..wouldn't highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful then pointed at us to go down to the next window and she overcharge for my sons hot chocolate and we did not get are money back and we had to wait 10 min they said they would bring it out to are car but my son had to go back in to get are combo and they also gave us a small hot chocolate when we order a large discussing service won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full credit to the staff for pumping out all the orders at top speed. The drive thru was already backed up then a couple of sports teams of children arrived filling the restaurant.
I stood and watched the team of staff as they efficiently got each and every order out correctly and quickly putting a smile on each customer as the delivered their orders.
Well done maccas Oamaru You were certainly impressive to observe. As someone who has owned/operatored in fast food takeaways hats off to you all
