โ โ โ โ โ Don't often see see the need to write reviews but here is my experience from renting two suits for my groomsmen at Sergios; being abroad we were asked to provide 3 dimensions so they could reserve our suits. My groomsmen each went to professional tailors and provided each a complete set of ~6 dimensions (just to make sure we had the correct reservation) giving a very clear overview. Upon arrival neither suits fitted (not even close) and we had to change the style we were going for. We very quickly realised that the shirts available for renting were very poor quality and badly tailored which forced us to try one of the retail shirts that of course fit perfectly on the first try which I ended up paying $280 for. This totalled with the rental to a total cost of $700+ for two people. Already a frustrating experience at that point but with a wedding ahead we had bigger concers. The last drop was however upon return when we forgot the plastic hangers and used wooden ones instead and were asked to pay $20 for each. Having left the hotels we explained the situation and the above mentioned experience and asked that as a commercial gesture it was silly to ask for even more money for hangers. At which point the staff explained they would be "at a loss" for doing that.. a "loss" from a suit rental that costed $400~. Let me be clear I take no pleasure in this, I do not care about the ridiculous overpriced hangers but I myself shop frequently at my tailor and I have never had an entire experience from start to finish so poor (a unnecessary upsetting hiccup in an otherwise wonderful wedding in Queenstown). Absolutely shameful and I urge anyone looking for a rental to look elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Sergios Queenstown has been my go to for fine threats and quality shoes. Iโve always found Des to be very helpful. A few times now Des didnโt have stock of what I was after and it was an overnight service from their Christchurch store. After my new wardrobe purchase today I just wanted to say thank you very much. Excellent customer service.

Birthday, something formal and something casual.
They had so many nice things in store it was hard to choose.
A lovely lady assisted me and my shopping was done.
Very relaxed atmosphere
