★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude staff, telling me i needed a coupon when I’ve ordered the item multiple times without it. telling me it goes both ways… you shouldn’t be representing a brand and having such a foul attitude I asked a simple question and he started having an attitude with me. don’t recommend even if the food is sometimes okay the staff shouldn’t be supported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a slow service everytime. Don’t normally post anything but tonight’s service took the cake. Everything was all good until it was my turn at the counter to order. Then they got a large online order. They ditched everyone waiting in the queue 17mins I was standing there at the front of the queue waiting while all 4 of them were packing one order it was like watching too many cooks in the kitchen tripping over each other. Meanwhile all 6 groups watched in disbelief. I eventually got served it took a further 20 mins to get my actual order cold because they ditched my order for the big order again that came back half way through because half their stuff was missing. They should of just had one or 2 people focusing on that order there was not much communication therefore a lot was missed. Key to customer service is serve the people that face you first. Person who had ordered online had seen that the queue was too long arriving 15mins after I had got there. 1hour I will never get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order only had 2 items in it but somehow they managed to miss one off the order even after I asked the person to confirm what was in the order and was told "yeah yeah both items were on it"
The other item was missing 2 things and seemed to have been sitting for awhile, also very slow service. Not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast food not. Was in a que for over 45 min. Made my order to be told there was another 4 minute wait. They packaged up the food they had and placed under heating lamps. The food we were waiting for came 8 mins late. All other food needing chips was soft. Got ome to find they had missed putting in the attic and gravy into our package. Will not be going back. Put me off all others of this franchise.

Had so many troubles in the past (always getting cold food, orders wrong 99% of the time, generally untidy inside of the establishment, and the wait times for the less than tasteful food.) and it's always a new problem when you arrive here. You're much better off going to the one in Motueka, because at least there they have warmer food and generally better service. Utterly disappointing.

Respect for these young people, doing such a great job and am so impressed! Even though the wait is longer than I’d like, it is understandable and I appreciate the time and effort put in by these guys. Also a shoutout to always double check the order before handing it over ??. Will come back again!
