★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently took my kids to subway, nelson city. They allow both vaxxed and non vaxxed. I applaud there taking a 2 pronged approached but mean that they have to delete all the tables and chairs. They also had no change as i paid cash..... #cash is king

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service i have ever seen. Been over 20 minutes with only 3 other customers in the store. Also employees mumble and are rude. Masks also sat below nose and were constantly sniffing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe they over charged me for two subs and a cookie, and it not like when they were making the sub they did anything wrong but there seem to be overall a lack of professionalism everything seem just to be casual like there were a couple of dishes all over the place and one worker yelled something across the room to the other one. So this as tarnished the brand a bit for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. During the first visit I was asked to make a party order in advance when I asked for 5 subs for my family. The staff member literally throwing the breads on the counter and showed annoyance all along. Also asking me to pay before the order was done so that she could go and finish her paperwork. I should have walked out.
However I thought it was a once off and went to subways tahuna drive again today just to have the same experience. Very rude staff that seems to be from the islands which is such a shame as the islanders are usually kind and friendly people. This was the last visit to this subway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a visit to Subway , the lady who was making sub was so rude and her body language kind of throwing bread with angry face.I just said her I don’t want sub and came back to Nelson subway. If someone is not happy with job why don’t leave it and find something which you like. Spoil my day .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were awesome & sandwich was good as normal, knocked 1 star off purely because I think they need to bring back the option lists on the sneeze guard so you can see the different bread & salad options & the menus now seem more set up for people who know exactly what they want before the walk in the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff (she looks like an Islander) was very rude forcing us to show a vaccine even though you’re not really buying yet, just deciding to, the fact that you have already scan the QR code, she wasn’t even welcoming! Staff that’s working on this schedule 2nd March at around 11am to 12nn!!! She is not the kind of staff you would want to work for you for goodness!!! We were just passing through as we’re on a holiday!!! We ended up not buying, we walked out and there she is running after us or my partner yelling at us saying “I know your face now and you’re not allowed here!” Is that the kind of staff you want to keep working for you???
