★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been back in years the up scales not bad bit small and we went when lite turned red but was ok chicken did well this time and our service girl on the counter was great n very busy still a bit of a wait before us but she managed as best with what she was working with Kai Kaha.

Sunday arvo, was 6th car in drive through line with 30 minute wait.
Management need to put more staff on so the employees don't have to take flack from customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a driver of a large truck, 23mtr and 18 ton empty, you can't get thru the drive thru. The dining room was closed, so I knocked on the door. Told them what I do, AND THEY TOLD ME NOTHING THEY COULD DO. That's the last time I will go there. Guess they don't care. I was masked and would have kept a safe distance. They lost a customer for good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 6pm yesterday evening at the drive thru which was lined up at the entrance at the time. We got our completed order at 6:53pm. By the time we realized how painfully slow it was going to be with hungry kids in the car it was too late. We were trapped in that drive thru. The restaurant doors were locked so you could not go in to order. In the time we waited in the drive thru we saw one passenger leave a car and get his shopping done at countdown and another guy walk to pizza hut and come back with his food all before both cars had even made it near the order box. When we were finally at the order box we had to wait a few more minutes before being able to speak to someone. By the looks of it there were 2 people working the dinner hour. I was gobsmacked. The owner needs to pull their finger out and employ more staff for the dinner hour or close. Serving one customer at a time start to finish before serving another customer is unheard of in the fast food industry. I would recommend heading over to KFC Papamoa as you would be there and back in less time than it takes the Te Puke store to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a new shop my standard where high unfortunately theres weren't. Walked into shop and got smoked out so bad was wondering if the vents were even going. Very slow wait time was hideous, I upped sized my meal but when got home realized it hadn't been. Soda not available from tap and was given a can of drink. Best high light the wicked wings were delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have not got food yet slowest service. Ever had at a KFC waited like 30 minutes still 6th car in line. Expected more for a New building. Just found out only one person there because of covid should put sign up. The lady did a great job very sorry. Cheers
