★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 people waiting in store, drive through line down the road. 2 people working one on drive through and one packing meals. Can see 2 other people out the back talking and laughing not doing a thing, really? On a public holiday when Thames is packed with holiday makers and you only have 2 people activity working and 2 people standing round doing nothing? Turning around and walked out after 5 mins of no one being served. What a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this a negative rating I would the service was extremely slow even though they weren't busy. I wish we had checked our food before we left but were in a hurry. The chicken was dripping in oil, the coleslaw was frozen have never seen that before the chips were cold and drowned in salt.
Overall a very disappointing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was totally understaffed on the day I went. People were understandably frustrated, but the staff were doing their best. Some customers were rude, I totally felt for the friendly staff, I have worked in hospitality before and know the pressure. Ka pai Thames KFC staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC i have ever been to. We waited in line for 30 minutes! With only a group of four and three others ahead of us. The service was ridiculously slow for no apparent reason. Once it was finally our time to order they were not doing sliders. I ordered the Aioli bacon burger, when i got given my meal i get told "im not sure if she told you but we have no bacon". So i had paid for one of the most expensive burgers missing its main ingredient... along with the crispy onions. it was just a normal burger with aioli. The chips had no salt whatsoever and we had to go back and ask for salt. During this time a customer came in from the drive thru who had been waiting 15 minutes for his order parked up and they hadn't even started it... Truly awful service, avoid if you can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time in the last week (I know, not happy to admit lol), that I have been here and they are out of burgers, wraps and sliders. Seriously?! Or is it an hour to closing and you just simply can't be bothered cooking?! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey everyone I have to tell you about our feed at the Thames KFC. We brought a bucket of chook plus a couple more pieces, and my daughter asked if we could get a couple of breast pieces. Wow we got given breasts an thighs, we were blown away, we had a big feed potato an gravey, chips and drink. We thank the woman that served us through the drive through, we had a sad day in losing my dear dad an we didn't want to cook. Thames KFC what an awesome feed and we thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good, food was poor! Took the "old" fries back, they were replaced - much better. The chicken also seemed old & overcooked. Manager explained it was supposed to be "soft." To us it was soggy. Disappointing, below our expectations. $26 was expensive for 4 pieces of soggy chicken, but the dogs enjoyed the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST KFC I have ever been to. We asked for two snack lunch burgers and they give us two pieces of chicken that looks like they would make you sick for a week. And not to mention they never have ANYTHING.
