★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought a bag of rice as i was suggested by khyber owner when i came home and wash rice i found small insects in it and even though it was mentioned that it is long grain rice good for biryani .. but i am really upset with the quality of product ... i will never go there if it is left a last shop in the world.

Salisbury Corned Mutton 326g = $11
Pacific Ocean Mackerel 425g = $5
I'm sure there are many other Indian shops in Hamilton selling groceries cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there 2 or 3 times and it was an unpleasant experience. Cramped little store where most of the items are overpriced. At least $1 or $2 dearer to other Indian Grocery stores, not many variety. 0 Stars overall but "2 STARS" for the friendly and polite behave of the Teller :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Very dismissive. No greeting. I do not leave bad comments but they way the speak to you is like you are non-existent. This is not 1 time but over 10 times. If you are in the business of dealing with customers please learn some basic customer service skills.
Neither myself nor my family will enter this shop again.

I went to enquire about frozen duck, I asked the grumpy lady she said how would I know, we just sell. She could have said it in a nicer way. By the way selling a product and not knowing about it. Pathetic service. The guy staff however is very friendly and helpful. The lady however, owner or not need to learn customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bag of rice from this guy and when I got home. I found rice weevil inside it when I went back to them to ask them about refund. They said thats what we got from overseas. If you don't like it. You don't come back to buy from us again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that the guy behind the counter should try building rapport with his customers or a decent hello would be appreciated, I've been here a few times now there's not much to expect it's like your average Indian store the products are the same like any other place the only difference is that their prices are a little higher than average I'd say but nothing too crazy.. The only reason why we keep coming back is because they have good halal meat if the butcher next door is out of stock then we head to these guys.
