★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Have been a few times before and always been pleased. Last two times have not been so good. Last time was disappointing, but I thought it was a once off since the other times were good. Went today and my little boy had looked up pictures of what he wanted. I don't think she even looked at them. At one point I commented that it was VERY short and was told that "that's the style". After the cut I noticed what looked like stripes in one section where the razor had cut in. On the other side was a bald patch about the size of a $2 coin. When I pointed it out, she tried to use the electric razor again and I asked her to please not make it any shorter. At no time did she acknowledge what I was saying about the bald patch or apologise. Still charged me full price. His hair will grow out, but in the meantime he's stuck with a crappy hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 23 month old sat happily playing with all the toys and watching cartoons. He didn't even notice the haircut that was taking place! We were delighted with the quality of the cut and how replaced the whole thing was, especially in relation to prebprev experiences!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 16 month old sat quietly through his hair cut (who normally wouldn't let us touch his hair at all). The whole set was very kids friendly and the lady herself was amazing with him. Definitely will be going back there from now on.

Karen was patient, professional and understanding
Yaz's hair was transformed from shaggy to chic with the minimum of difficulty. She looks awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen did a fantastic job with the first haircut for my 19 month old son. He loves to move around and rarely sits still, but Karen kept him entertained with toys and TV and gave him a great experience, and gave me guidance on how I could help keep him happy. It was fantastic for both of us, and mom is really happy with the results too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience! Took my 2 year old son for his first “proper” hair cut and it went much better than I expected. He sat in the chair without protest & was so busy playing with the great selection of toys he hardly noticed his hair was being cut. Lovely lady, very relaxed & child friendly environment, highly recommend & we will be back!
