★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In peace is how I feel when I look at the Lake Pupuke. The volcanic crater between Takapuna and Milford is just incredible. Great for water sports, diving - training and picnics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the south side of Lake Pupuke in Takapuna, quiet, has tables and chairs for families to enjoy and reasonable numbers of available parking. Stayed until sunset, sky was amazing.. The park is home to the Pumphouse in Takapuna and is a pleasant setting for outdoor concerts or for feeding the ducks.
