★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small but cute colourful park bordering lake Pupuke on the North Shore of Auckland. Its really beautiful in the autumn with so much colour added by the oak, maple and aspen trees. Flocks of doves, gees and ducks roam the park always adding splendour. There are two spacious car parks on the northern and southern ends, a nice café, and of course the famous boutique theatre 'The Pump House' which stages quite good local and national theatre performances regularly. A great place to spend the lazy Sunday with a yummy brunch and a quiet walk.
