★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly a lovely old building that was once a polytechnic institute. Gone a bit to ruin, and a part of the lovely old fence still in ruins over a year later. Lack of care and or responsibility, this gorgeous old building and it's fencing should be fixed up and restored. Especially the fence that was damaged over a year ago . Shameful really. Where has care and pride gone :(
