β β β β β Me and my mate have been frequenting the cafΓ© for many years,. Today we ordered a Flat white & a Long black. The coffee took some time to arrive at the table and when it arrived the Flat white was almost cold and Long black tasted strange, cream for Long black had lumps so I suspect a cream storage issue.
Whilst the staff were pleasant enough this cafΓ© seems to be going backwards since coming under the direct management of the Kings organization. Sadly patronage also appears to have dropped off under the new ownership structure. Not the place it used to be, hoping things will change for he better.

β β β β β Been going here since I was a kid, really great place however since Covid the layout and the feel has changed a bit, really wish it would go back to how it was 4-5 years ago. Despite this, it is still one of the best Garden Centres in the country.

β β β β β I think I spent far too much time wandering around Kings. Great range of product and the layout is easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to get some good deals.

So, how is it that this Kings Garden Centre looks so good? ?
Could it be because these folk are Gurus in the mysteries and arts of Gardening?
With their strong Web presence, extensive and beautifully presented Garden Centre that has everything you could possibly need, including a cafe and knowledgeable helpful staff, Kings is definitely the Go To place for Growing Your Garden. ?? ?

β β β β β Good selection of plants, however...
Be vigilant at the till because advertised discounts are not always automatically applied.
For example, we selected a number of house plants at 20% off but only one out of number selected included the discount that was advertised.
We had to ask for price to be manually adjusted.
We also overhead the cashier advising another customer that they could not get a refund for damaged pots, surely a refund should apply regardless of company policy.
