★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely meals - generous portions and very fast service even though cafe was 2/3 full. The coffee was good and hot, the fish was moist, the chips were crisp and the chicken burger had proper juicy chicken not a dry flat patty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by here on way to Queenstown, food choices limited - think priority is pub rather than cafe. Place had a greasy smell and could do with proper clean. Although on plus side Woman serving pleasant, food arrived in timely fashion.
Concerning that during pandemic Manager making coffee and serving customers seemed to think proper mask wearing optional - hoping he will fix this to keep everyone safe ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straight forward pub food - good, fast service, plenty of it. The coffee machine was turned off at 7pm although they don't close until 9pm. Tells you about their priorities! Place was full with a cheer ambience on a Thursday night at holiday time.
