I wouldn’t use anyone else and I would highly recommend to use this company.

Tidy car and very reasonable price.
Communication could be improved slightly, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first interaction with this car rental company based in Dunedin. Easily it was one of the best experience we have had so far with a car rental company - and we travel a lot and hire a lot of cars in different locations, and so are able to compare.
Craig - the person in charge of this set up, is totally customer focussed. He is friendly and does not hesitate to go out of his way to meet a customer's requirements. For example we were travelling to Dunedin for the first time and so casually enquired with Craig about the best way to reach the car yard. It was a surprise to hear him offer to hand over the car at our hotel. Not only that - he even arranged to collect the car from our hotel at the end of the rental without charging anything extra.
The car provided was clean and in very good condition.
It was a very different and pleasant experience dealing with Craig, and this car rental outlet.
