★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic park for water sport viewing. Good facilities. Ample nearby parking. Cafes within walking distance. Perfect fresh water lake (bookable)..Would use again. Multi purpose area available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the park for the first time when they had a free event for children. Really loved it. It's not big, but has enough space for the kids to run around, there is a free BBQ facility, public toilets and picnic tables. Great view as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep an eye out for the entrance of the park otherwise you might end up in a private driveway. The park itself has quite a large grassy area surrounded by trees. This makes it quite a nice place for picnics since there is quite a bit of shade. There is a small walk that goes around the shore of the lake. There is also another walkway but it was closed when I went since it was breeding season for the birds.
I came by to try out windsurfing on the lake.
