When a security person arrives to inspect your property, ask to see their current Security Technician or Security Consultant Licence or Certificate of Approval. If they don’t have a licence, send them away. The law says they must be licensed.

Dev was absolutely excellent at installing the conduiting & even when a problem arose was extremely helpful in sorting it out. Very professional work. Also thank you to Nero as well! Would highly recommend the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Nick called me to inform me that the miscommunication happened because the technician had a emergency hence could not come, Nick came instead and was very professional.
Very unprofessional. The technician called and made an appointment to come on a specific date. I took the day off for him to come but he did not show up, called him on his mobile and texted him as well, but he did not attend to my call or even reply to my text. We called Kiwi Security to inform them that their technician has not yet arrived, was told some one will contact me but no one did. My whole day off work was wasted. Will not be recommending them to anybody, absolute time-wasters with no regards whatsoever for other's timings.

My alarm wasn't working properly. Called Kiwi Security based on previous reviews. Gautam came out and spent time looking for my battery pack in my house (I didn't know where previous installer had located it). He replaced the pack then updated all my wireless alarms. He then clearly explained my system to me so I now understand how it works. He was courteous, professional and I am very happy with the result. So much so, I intend using this company from now on. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a situation where, due to another company issue, the reporting on my security system was failing. Contacting Kiwi Security to help they dispatched a technician to my site.
I would just like to provide some feedback on your excellent technician who attended a call at my site this morning.
He conducted himself very professionally. He was very aware of the present covid situation and wore a mask at all times. When asked a question he was able to explain what he was going to do, and what was required to happen, in a manner I easily understood, which was very pleasing to me.
The testing he carried out confirmed that the changes he made worked, and he clearly answered a query we had on the use of the system.
As an ex Services Manager for a very large computer company I am very conscious of how service representatives reflect the company they work for, and I can confirm that your technician represented Kiwi Security in a very correct and professional manner and the problems was resolved very much to my satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of research and after getting several quotes from different companies to get an alarm system and CCTV installed at my house, I decided to go with Kiwi Security. Dave, who came to install the alarm and CCTV is a very respectful, professional and efficient person. After he completed the installation, he explained to me how to use the whole system, etc… He would answer my call / text whenever I contacted him to ask questions or even when I requested to install the IP device for the alarm.
I’m very happy with Kiwi Security’s service and would highly recommend them.
