We provide Full Service or Kerbside Collection of Rubbish and Organic Waste to residential, commercial and industrial customers. We do not ask for signed contracts and we don't charge cancellation fees after the first six months service.
Full Service Onsite rubbish collection means we collect your bin from wherever you keep it, empty it and return it fitted with a new liner.
Kerbside Collection means you put the rubbish bins out as close as possible to the edge of the road - we empty the rubbish bins, replace the liner and return to the same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly lining by bins with huge plastic bags isn’t good for the environment. We go to the trouble of using compostable bags.
Secondly missed pick ups. Especially recycling
Thirdly We were told they didn’t pick up from your property, after so many missed pickups (some due to our wrong timing)
We asked at sign up about picking up from property, they said no they didn’t offer this service. So after a few months we have decided to use a company who do pick up from the property.
Then they said they could do this too.
Not that friendly y to o deal with when ringing.
Sorry I wouldn’t feel to recommend

Before .admin Said can't empty it put out next week. So don't want my business .cancel. see how the council go ps was going to say with Kleana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Kleena Bins this time around for nearly Four years, up until recently the service has been reliable but now they have missed my drum pick up on Four occasions stating that the access is blocked I have tried to communicate with the office but have not been able to resolve the issue. I have now contracted another company to collect our rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this company since they started many years ago. They have always carried out their service/pick ups in a timely manner when they said they would. Their staff are friendly & any time I have requested an extra pick up they have accommodated my request asap. Any phone dealings with the owners or office staff have always been pleasant & helpful. Great value. Why would you go anywhere else?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Kleana since 2008, for full service and now kerbside collection, and have always been pleased with the service received. Collections are reliable, the full service option was a dream when I lived down a long & steep right of way - not having to drag full bins up to the road made life much easier! Great service on email or phone, and the drivers are awesome.
Kleana are the only company who will come up our private road and collect from our "real" kerbside!
I would highly recommend them, and hope to be able to continue doing so in the future. Supporting a local business is also a huge plus :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our council fortnightly bin is already full and we have 1 more week before our collection. We could perhaps jump in it but I have no intention of attempting that. I called Kleena bins today. She said our pick up area was yesterday with them and fortnightly from yesterday wasn't going to help me in my current situation. She got hold of the truck driver that was out doing another zone in Papamoa and asked if he had an empty bin on board to drop it off to me. I had a bin a couple of hours later to use this week $8.30 a fortnight for a lined bin for the opposite weeks of the council bin.. Great customer service.
Definitely recommending kleena bin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with them for years .never had a problem until now.bin wasn’t emptied for 2 weeks (put it down to covid wasn’t going to hassle them) just rung and they told me over the last 2 years I have missed 5 payments and they are taking the bin . Not once did I receive any notice for missed payments.lady was happy to cancel my account even tho I was ring to try and get account number to make payment . Didn’t get that far before she told me they will take bin . Real shame , I’ve been trying to support local. She didn’t seem worried when I said cancel my account will contact another bin provider.
