I purchased a 21st Mirror key from yous nearly 2 years ago for our daughter. We we're pressed for time and I had mentioned that we were trying to follow tradition with mirror keys as our eldest son had one and so do I and my husband..she made no promises and said she would try her best..within the space of a few days I think 2 days at the most LEANNE worked her magic and accomplished what I thought was impossible TO POSSIBLE!!!! This beautiful soul whom I never met in person but spoke to her and emailed with her made me cry...like it takes a lot to make me cry. You touched our hearts and brought happiness to my family especially our daughter.
And I made a promise to her and Knox Engravers I will definitely be using their services again.....??and here I am once again...this time I was after a particular one but they were out of stock...so I lost hope for my 3rd child's 21st...I purchased a 21st mirror key else where last week Thursday and just yesterday this company canceled my order.
Rang Leanne spoke with her and JUST LIKE THAT...my sons key is on its way and will be here tomorrow. Thank you soooooo much..words aren't enough.. but forever grateful ??
