★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They list items that they don't have in stock. I have got email confirmation about my purchase, than got specific motherboard to match CPU and next day got email that they actually don't have the CPU I've ordered. Most of components are overpriced too. Not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an amazing business, i bought a laptop 8 months ago it was all good and the machine suddenly stopped working. So i took it back to the shop to know the problem. The guys checked it and asked me to come next day and when i went there next day he gave me a new upgraded Laptop with higher specs because he was unable to cure the problem of old machine . this is the best customer service example..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my laptop to Clemens. He cleared the viruses, sorted the issues with the operating system and upgraded to Windows 10 - all within a 24hr timeframe. He advised me what he was going to do when I dropped the laptop in. Then when I picked it up the next day I was most surprised at the costs a lot less than I expected. He is an amazing, knowledgeable computer technician, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him and his business. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe (Thakyou) Clemens. Have a safe and Merry festive season.

I appreciate the time he takes to explain what is needed, an estimate of the cost and when it will be ready before we go ahead. He is friendly and reliable.
