★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up on Easter Friday evening finding the place very quiet. As being Easter, we asked if they can serve alcohol with meals. A guy who was the host was extremely rude and tried to educate us in a very unpleasant way assuming that we are visitors from another country! It was shocking to hear him treating the guests that way. His tone, gesture was so unprofessional we were shocked that this kind a attitude was acceptable by the restaurant towards their guests. We ended up not dining here. Very disappointing, they need to teach their staff customer service 101.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review posted same night. It started off with the bouncer either trying to be funny or trying to put us off entering the premises with a weird comment your competitors are here, you won't wanna come in?
Rude (I presume acting manager). We did get in, the bouncer allowed us through, a little curious/disturbed what he was on about. I was one of the last to order within our group, the manager took one look at me and said they wouldn't serve me because my tie was loosened off and was told that it was a trait of someone being intoxicated, I was very confused as I was the sober one in the group. I waited for friends to finish their order and then we left to go upstairs to Fat Eddie's, the experience was very embarrassing and real downer on the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kong was an overall amazing experience. The customer service was incredibly warm and friendly, the drinks menu has a massive selection of drinks so everyone can find something to suit them, and, most notably, the store aesthetic gave off an amazing vibe. The electro-swing being played was an awesome touch, it really felt like I was in a prohibitionist-era speakeasy. This may become my regular place to grab a drink, given my first impressions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cocktails and food! Not a night club, but a classy cocktail bar. We had to wait a while to get in, and when we got in, I certainly didn't think it was "over capacity" like the bouncer said. However, I like that because it shows they don't want to get crowded and would rather provide the best service to the exclusive amount of customers they serve at a time :) definately recommend this place and will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with great ambience and of course great customer service. Only place that will welcome you for snacks and drinks even if it’s midnight. Had a great time in there. And while you’re there make sure you’re trying their cocktails!
