★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Jonathan (i suppose) was very rude to us, very racist. we brought a cake to surprise our friend for her bday, he went to our table and said that we are JUST booked on “First Table” for 4 then came in 5 (FYI WE ORDERED I FULL MEAL FOR THAT PERSON) then brought a cake, that he said he still have to cut and they are very busy, (5 tables at that time?) who would cut a small BYO cake in 15slices?? He could have asked nicely if it’s okay that they charged $20 for BYO and that’s completely fine with us.
My friend’s bday was ruined because of him. we ended up not eating the cake in there despite being charged $20 VERY VERY RUDE, the food is not even that great. A V O I D THIS RESTAURANT!! SUPER RUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to this place for lunch and we were the first costumer there. And then the staff make us waiting for 20 to 30 minute to order and the food come an hour latter when everyone who came after us got their foods and us is the last one. even though we order first. This place is not deserves any stars to be honest. The manager was rude and i feel the racist vibe, the Staff not even friendly to us, asking for water he said he will served one but never come and when we take some water he stare at us. We came as a group of 5 ladies and just because we wearing hijabs they treat us like that/rude. Waste of money on this place. Never ever going to this place again. I normally read review before going to places, i don't know why I didn't read the review before we come to this place. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with a group of about 12 girls who had pre booked and had a set menu organised. Took about 20 mins to have our drinks orders taken, and about 45 mins to have our food order taken (and only because I asked) staff did not seem very busy or run off their feet otherwise this would be understandable.
Wait staff were not wearing their masks, they had them pulled down under their chins and when we mentioned it politely as some of us had travelled for this event and were uncomfortable coming out, the girl eventually pulled hers up and the guy didn't bother still.
The food was very average, chicken burger very dry and the chicken had some gristle in it. As well as not wearing masks the wait staff were unfriendly, and the guy audibly sighed when I asked for water (there was none on the table) he also went out on the balcony where we could all see and vaped part way through the evening.
Wouldn't recommend eating here if you can avoid it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came here with a group of 12 girls (pre booked for 18 people) on saturday night and was absolutely astonished at the poor service. we had a set menu which was very average, it took the wait staff a good 20-25 minutes before coming to see if we wanted drinks and 45 minutes to order our food. we got our food before we even had cutlery on the table, when we asked for another round of drinks the female staff member rolled her eyes. the food came out incorrect, dry and missing items. male staff member was very clumsy and continued to drop things, once he collected our plates he opened the sliding door beside us and vaped out the door. when we asked for water (wasn’t provided) the male staff member audibly sighed. i seen the kitchen staff out behind the bar vaping on his way into the kitchen. the woman’s bathrooms had no hand soap. in the space of 2 hours we only ordered two drinks because the table service was so slow, i would understand if the restaurant was busy and the staff were run off their feet but this was not the case at all. most of the night the staff spent talking behind the bar. wait staff had their masks pulled down under their chin the whole night.when we went to pay i asked where i could make a review as the service was really poor and the staffs attitude towards us was very unpleasant and the fact that staff were not wearing masks all night the female wait staff said i could write a review online and they would take these things onboard but continued to serve me and the rest of the table with no mask on!! not impressed at all! will never be coming back nor will i ever recommend this place to anybody. would rather eat anywhere else but here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered their big platter which was supposed to have a bowl of olives but was given a bowl of olive oil. Bread on the platter was already covered with heaps of oil so are they expecting us to drink it? Lol…Went to toilet, the toilet paper dispenser is broken without cover which is odd for a fairly fancy and pricey place in the Terrace. Well this is actually not that bad at least there is toilet paper. The worst is the soap dispenser is broken so had to go to another toilet then to found out that no soap in it then had to go to a third one and found no soap and finally the forth one I managed to find soap. What an “interesting” place.
There were only 6 people the whole time we were there during dinner time. I guess there must be a reason why they are so quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view in town. The food was so good, especially Seafood chowder and seafood spaghetti yummm ? The cocktails were good, too. Love the sangria and espresso martini ?. I could even get my favourite shot here - the red hot shot!!! ?
Staff are super friendly with great service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit of a letdown here. We wanted to try something new and support this business as it's often pretty quiet compared to others along the terrace. Food was decent, good taste and we all liked our meals. Cocktails were nice, however took almost 30 mins to come out when we were the only table dining. Half way through our lunch something dripped on our table from the ceiling, getting in one of our drinks - not sure what it was! Service was pretty slow overall, and 4 out of 6 toilets had no soap, toilet paper or hand towels.
Likely won't recommend unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to have lunch somewhere with vegan options that we hadn't been to before. After looking at the earlier reviews we settled on Viaduct - really glad we did. The service was outstanding - genuine, friendly and helpful (thanks Maddie!). The food was excellent (amazing olives, their in-house vegan pattie they use for the vegan sandwich is great, as are the smoked mushrooms). We dined on the balcony and watched the world go by from our relaxing vantage point which was really nice.
Absolutely recommended, we'll definitely return.
