It is dangerous and unhealthy.
Been here a week ago.
Many winz tenants, keep taking my parking space.
Strong smell of cannabis in the carpark.
Dirty beding and towels.
Very noisy at night, from both traffic and winz tenants.
I can smell cigarette and cannabis inside the room as WINZ tenants are smoking next to my window and the window wont seal properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday 28 January, we stayed at this motel&boy was it shocking family of 5 kids 2 adults, very dirty duvets stains net curtain stains sofa&dining chairs stained blind in shower mouldy holes in the walls dirty sticky table. $269 a night for sleeping in this is unacceptable. Spent one night there as we couldnt get another motel but eventually found one. Person at reception did apoplgize&say he's not the owner but just works there, gave our money back for the extra 3 nights we stayed. ,if they do their cleaning properly then maybe they will get good rates . Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night as looked good on accomadation page...They need to put correct photos of dirty rooms...Price was cheap but it needs to be shut down for repairs..Moldy curtains,dirty bathroom with someone's hair in basin and bath taps.No towels or shower mat.Pillows so flat and hard..Noisy people staying there arguing swearing and cars coming and going,Ambulance called around 4 am.Sure they cater for winz clients who cause this ruckus all night.
Shut it down..Not fair on other guests to put up with this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed here for one night, but walking into the room made me gag. Random stains on the furniture and bedsheets, random windows were open and hard to close, the kitchen was dirty, and the rooms looked nothing at all like the photos used for advertisement. I was scared to sleep bc I swear to god the cockroaches were gonna use me as a sacrifice.

Great sized rooms with full kitchen incl. oven and a private court yard out the back (does have unoperational spa pool in court yard but again, was great value for money). 2 mineral pools (40 degrees give or take) which we had to ourselves each time we used it. Clean and comfortable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. There are a couple of indoor hot mineral pools, which are around 40C that you can use. Just a km from pak n save. Some of the rooms have a private spa out the back of the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because the room was filthy. Toilet seat was dirty - i cleaned it. The dining table was sticky and unwiped - i cleaned it. There was 1 fork in the utensil drawer, that and everythng in it was dirty - i washed them. The glasses were dirty, I washed those too.
Considering these times of covid, i would have thought you would have made an EXTRA effort of cleanliness but it is obvious that there was NO effort whatsoever. No-one checked for our vaccination passes at all.
I found it quite disgusting and I will be telling anyone that goes to Rotorua to stay as far away from that dirty place as possible. You should actually be ashamed of yourselves. Now my family and I will be going to get tested for COVID for the first time. We felt unsafe, unsanitary and absolutely FILTHY! Quite unbelievable actually! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY RUN BUSINESS!

Rooms were dated and not that clean. Bathroom was out the gate grubby /mould . Lovely reception lady but I wouldn't bring the family here on holiday.
