★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My note was 0/10 because it's a dirty and unfriendly backpacker. I don't recommended it. I paid more no reason because no place in the backpacker but I was booking my backpacker via internet it's no problem. And i arrival here, I paid more, the personnal don't meet my booking. And of course, no people inside the backpacker but no place for my reservation!!!!
The kitchen is so dirty I don't want cooking here and the shawer and the toilet it's same!!!! There is no insulation and you can't really close your windows therefore it's very noisy.
Very bad backpacker!!!!

Upon arival me and my brother were having second thoughts, although the reception staff and perminent residents were all lovely welcoming people. We booked another night due to enjoying ourselfs there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mattress had black mold on it, and had a crater-like hole formed into it. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in car. Also, the maintenence man stared at us the entire time, he even stared at us through the window as we were in our room..I even tried to say hello and he just continued to stare without responding (or taking the hint to stop)... it honestly creeped me out to the point where we decided to leave the hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical however it was super clean, had lots of bathrooms and common areas and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They offer discounts for a lot of the activities around the place and are happy to go out of their way to help you out even offering advice on FREE attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here especially for bigger groups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the lady in the front dest ruined my day! They charged $20for the key more than I paid for the room$17.5.
I am budget traveler and just searched here is the cheapest place in the whole town. But now I paid $37.5just for a -8mixed bed...they should point out that the room key is $20 if you don't check-out before 10am when I checked-in...she only told me in the morning got all the sheets to the front desk. Why not the deposit money for the key is just $10!?So in bad mood!!!
Bloody people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience in this hostel. There had been a spate of burglaries before I arrived, I had my headphones nicked when I left them out. The whole place seemed extremely run down and old. Also the ladies toilets did not have a curtain so when getting changed someone could easily watch from outside. Whole place gave me a really creepy vibe and did not feel safe there. The staff Amanda was really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally enjoyed my stay here. I had my own room with a double bed which was warm and very comfortable, heater in the room made a very cold night into a very warm night. Loved the painted horse on my door of my room. My only qualm was the toilets ( I used) had no wash basin in them, so I resorted to washing my hands in the shower.
