★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Cuvier chalet a few months ago and chose it over bush as it had wifi, phone reception and better views. We were told the same week that we were due to arrive (24 December for 28 booking) that the cuvier has not been available for a year as the hosts are living there So we were downgraded the week of when our accommodation wasn't available even when we booked, charged the same rate and due to timing had no option to move. Then they lied and said the facilities which were clearly noted on the booking did not exist. What a shady people!
