★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in was average, with a view of an empty section. The bed was like sleeping on a plank and we had to go out and purchase a topper pad to make it barely comfortable. Very disappointed. Only plus was the pool, and being close to town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos look nothing like the real deal. Our room was dark and dingy. Bedroom window was right ontop of the bed and was directly under the main walk way.
There had been a fire 2 doors down that they had just boarded up.
It's old and rundown on the rugby field side plus no afternoon sun.
Seats and table outside were mouldy.
Would have never paid nearly 400 if I'd realised.
Buyers be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. We requested an apartment with Air conditioning when booking and on arrival we were allocated one without. Unfortunately this is not the first time simple requests have been agreed apon booking and not honored. With alot of good accommodation in Whitianga we will be choosing to stay elsewhere in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident. I love living here We are very fortunate we have a lovely swimming pool, a hot tub and a gym. Excellent managers they will go out of their way to help anyone. They keep all of Marine Park Apartments lovely, clean and looks after the plants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vibe. Clean, tidy and modern. Every unit has it's own balcony. Beach, marina, restaurants, cafes, bar on your doorstep (no need to drive) Dedicated parking. Relaxing generous pool, spa and gym.
Great views from your apartment. Every apartment has its own balcony. Very relaxed and efficient proprietors. 2x supermarkets in area and lots of sights to visit by car. Township gets very crowded at holiday time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management pleased to help us get into our apartment a little early as we had got there sooner than expected .
Apartment lovely, clean and view was nice out to the marina , hot tub pool where both clean and nice temperatures ( pool maybe could have been a touch warmer but was still great.
Will differently go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. 2 bedrooms and large deck facing out onto the marine were magical. 10 min walk to town. Spa pool large and perfect at 38 degrees. Large pool lovely. Other 2 bedrooms are small and don't have a view. Few maintenance issues which have been reported. Highly recommend.
