★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BOSSY and RUDE instructor with no respect. Push kids to cry when they making some noise. The instructor need to be re-trained with how to treating kids and their parents before they can teaching. So disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Education Institute Instructor should be acting like a teacher who shows the basic respect to students and parents. However, the kumon Johnsonville instructor shouted and pinpointed to parents and students, and even pushed to students and made students in tears. This is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a very negative experience at Kumon Johnsonville. The instructor is rude (towards children and parents), and speaks to you in a condescending way. She breaks down rather than building up. She is also not open to feedback. This is not how you instill a love for learning or Maths in children. We will not be returning and I will strongly discourage others to join this centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING!!!DONT GO HERE !!! My kids and I had worst experience with Kumon Johnsonville , I've heard many parents going through the same . I won't recommend even my worst enemy to go through this hell like experience. Please stay away from this rude, arrogant instructor. For your own peace of mind, stay away from here. She will put you, your parenting skill and child down .Even though we raised complain to Kumon HQ no one did anything they basically said put up with this, so my recommendation is don't send your child here at first place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do I explain the misbehavior I have received from the instructor Robyn. I am so surprised and shocked. I do not recall when I have had received such bad behaviour from anyone. I am withdrawing my kid from Kumon Johnsonville after reading others' reviews and considering the instructor's behaviour. Kumon Karori instructor was way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sheer indignity that is provided by this Kumon centers manager Robyn is overwhelming, on numerous occasions we have experienced poor treatment to students. Working alongside The kumon instructor Robyn you can expect:
Sudden bursts in rage and temper tantrums she has in front of both the parents in the waiting area and the students ranging from pre-school to high school is unprofessional and incompetant in her ability to not have a proper way to articulate her words without screeching demands to her poor employees is truly pathetic.
On one occasion I distinctly remember a student coming up to Robyn in the middle of our discussion where the child was clearly upset and was coming to a teacher for help. The response the child was met with was Robyn belittling the child and laughing at the notion that a FIVE year old was having difficulties with grammar saying
"You are a Primary school student you should have been taught this already"
which on its own is a troubling statement as it implies that they do not further help to encourage and enrich a Childs learning but in fact belittle and mock a child for wanting to learn when asking a question.
But this also implies that the teachers are better equipt to teach children and should not need further support from Kumon.
I was appalled by the lack of empathy for students and parents alike that Robyn possesses. Many of the horrid habits she possesses is truly shocking from her Laughing at questions she deems to be invalid to the cruel remarks she makes about students to their face and the unprofessional hissy fits she throws, I would not wish this Kumon center instructor experience on my worst enemy
