Kune Shuttles provided a real-time tracker so the jet boat knew how we were going, and a pair of personal locator beacons for safety.
A good explanation of the trail and timings before we set off.

Very professional and knowledgeable.
Gave us a great briefing and provided GPS device in case of emergency.
Ran a great operation.
The ride is challenging but a heap of fun . We did it as a family with teenage boys who loved the experience.
A must do experience if you are in to mountain biking.

Advice given for the 'Mountains to the Sea' cycle trail (including bikes, accommodation, what to expect) was 100% accurate and helpful (we're both in our 60s, and our first time using e-bikes so this mattered).
