★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of us rode the Old Coach Road over the weekend. Customer service from TCB was brilliant, from bike allocation and set up to trail info. With a range of riding experience in our group those that needed extra attention got it! Excellent tips on what to look out for on the trail and also in town made for a great day out. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great outfit in Ohakune. We hired bikes for our family (including an 8 and 3 year old) and did the Old Coach Road. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! It’s also reasonably priced and the equipment was well maintained and easy to use. We definitely recommend to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW Matt was amazing! Told him we were riding 42 Traverse and he made sure our bikes tyre pressure and shocks were all good. Spent time with us giving us some bike maintenance tips. And the young lady working there was also amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome friendly team. James took the time to help me find the right ski boots and also provided lots of great local knowledge about things to do in the area and cycle adventures.
Highly recommend the team if you’re looking for some new ski boots.
They even charged my bike batteries for me while I was getting my ski boots fitted which was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars and major kudos for Nate and Ben — rented bikes and organized the bridge to nowhere ride / jet boat return through TCB and it was an epic day!
E-bikes were so fun; mechanically everything worked, had no issues whatsoever.
Return transport was reliable and prompt.
Icing on the cake was the great customer service from start to finish, Nate and Ben are so funny and so kind!
Don’t bother going anywhere else, the team at TCB are legend and THE best in town! ?% recommend. I will definitely be back for another adventure soon ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented mounts bikes for me and my friend, to enjoy the outdoors and stretch our legs (or should I say spread our legs l?) we did the Old coach road trial and had an epic time.
Service as amazing, the guy who take care of our bikes was super friendly and gave us some info about the track. Bikes were also really good.
Very recommended. We will definitely be coming back.
