β β β β β Came here for the treatment from GrabOne voucher Womens Day Out. 30 mins Facial and Lunch package. Overall experience was divine. All the staff are friendly, my therapist did wonderful job with facial as well as decolletage massage and she also massages both of my hands. I felt in cloud nine. They are using top quality product Pure Fiji, which has beautiful scent. Very clean facilities. Free use of swimming pool also. Too bad I didn't bring my swimwear. For lunch I had Chilli Lamb Salad (sooooo good!) with a side fries and to drink I had Rose wine from Ake Ake winery in Kerikeri, highly recommended! Amazing 5 star experience. Thanks!

β β β β β We held our staff Xmas party with La Spa Naturale and could not have been happier with the experience. All involved were incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional and amazing. The service they provided was oustanding, with all of us enjoying facials & massages, and allowing us to utilise the sauna, spas and pool between treatments. Highly recommend to individuals and groups. Thank you for a relaxing and indulgent afternoon!

β β β β β Went on the Grabone foot massage and 2 course lunch. The lady at reception were not very welcoming with lots of room for improvement, especially during this challenging time in the hospitality industry to attract more business. My masseur was great though pressure was not firm and relaxing enough for me but acceptable. She was very friendly and helpful with local tourists spots. Lunch was disappointing, my 2 pieces of duck was burnt and only 1 piece was with meat whilst the other was just dried burnt skin. My friend's lamb salad was equally disappointing, the lamb was chewy and tough and looks like it was deep fried. With such bad food quality it's no wonder the whole restaurant was empty and with staff chatting away loudly amidst the loud Indian music didn't add to the atmosphere and enjoyment. Sadly, the most enjoyable dining experience was the uninterrupted seaview, so one star for view but WON'T return.....

We were firstly very impressed with the facilities and the staff - at both the spa and the restaurant. The massage was amazing and the lunch just as impressive.
We did have an issue with a clerical misunderstanding about our booking - which not only made no difference to our treatment but the outcome showed just how serious this organisation is about customer service - which was exemplary!
We don't comment often as we expect what we order, but we feel this is a rare occasion of above-and-beyond

β β β β β I really enjoyed my massage today. This was a little treat for me on our last day of holidays in the Bay of Islands. I had a massage 10 days earlier at a spa in Auckland and this massage at La Spa Naturale was so much better. They really do a great job. The ambience and aroma at the spa was also very pleasant βββββ

β β β β β Me and my partner went for a massage and it was the most relaxing one I've ever had, after the massage, that lasted for about half and hour, we went to the restaurant for a meal, that was also great, even if hungry it was enough for the experience. Highly recommended!
