It is a bit dated in this a few simple things they could do to make it much better.
Pool area is lovely with five different spa pools.
A bit of paint and maintenance would go along way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience at this hotel. Everything was dot on about this hotel like hospitality, comfort, food, leisure, pools, cleanliness. Really enjoyed our stay here and have already recommended it to all our friends. Definitely coming back here very very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it is a really nice place to stay highly recommend for couples wanting a getaway.. salt water plunge pool was very nice .. beautiful food from the glasshouse restaurant bit pricey but nothing a grabone deal cant do.. la spa naturale on sight aswell for those wanting a relaxing stay.. rooms are a very decent size plenty of amenities and staff were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given a 5 star for service, the staff were amazing however the resort it's self has deteriorated so much it needs a lot of love and attention, our bathroom was most likely clean but looked dirty due to it needing maintenance. The location is amazing and the restaurant is absolutely 5 star. Well overdue an upgrade for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marketed as 5 star and I think it once was for sure, but not so much now. Service and amenities were not 5 star though. Car parking entrance mostly blocked by a container cm of clearance either side getting in. House keeping knocking at 8:50am, poolside bar not opening until 5pm - and served is warm champagne ?♂️ Could hear the room above very loudly, no noise dampening sadly- Decor is dated and doors frequently slam. Although Vikram at the front desk was outstanding and Glasshouse restaurant food was awesome! View of the seas was amazing of course

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't fault it. We stayed 2 nights. Everyone from the front of staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff were fantastic.
The food at the restaurant absolutely delicious and the coffee was good.
We stayed in the Poolside room which was lovely and so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again and have been recommending to our friends and family.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff really friendly and great service. Great location across the road to the beach and with easy access over to Russell via the car ferry. The bed in our room and pillows were so comfortable. Room had great views and it was nice to hear the waves crashing on the shore during the night. It was excellent the room had a heat pump so you create the climate you are most comfortable with. Good amenties in the room too with sky, a stereo, little kitchenette etc. If the cabinetry in the bathroom was updated it would really lift the bathroom. Overall an excellent stay for the price and I would definitely return if the room with breakfast $330 for two was still available.
