when we wanted to purchase sofa, we had many options to choose from, and decided to go ahead with Lazboy because the delivery time frame of all of them were the same. and thought Lazboy is taking their customer time seriously, haven't thought customer for them means nothing.
We paid the deposit, and being told that our order will be ready at October (which was 3 months after we purchased), but then we we called at October to follow up (no one called us for update, it was us following it up). Then the lady on the support call told us that it will be ready by December, and they wanted to give us the update on that day itself (such a lie!). It seems they did not even placed our order, and it is placed now after our call!
We asked to speak with the manager, and they said someone MAY contact you! and no one contacted us after a week already!
Now we have to run around circles to get someone to answer us for the money that we have paid.
Terrible customer service. If you want to throw out your money, and wait for years for your sofa to come, I'd recommend buying from them!
One of the worst customer experiences ever I had was with Lazboy, congratulations on this achievement team!

He wasn't pushy and did not rush us, and even helped us with loading the furniture and we are very happy with the new couch. Couldn't recommend him enough! Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the service I received from Matthew. I was not long after open heart surgery and not very mobile. He was really patient, helpful and the most important not pushy which I really appreciated.
I've had my recliner for a few weeks now and its hands down the best piece of furniture I've ever had. I absolutely love it.
